Shira is the founder of Vuni and Hunter & Bard. She’s built and run a B2B marketing agency, taught marketing for technology startups at UC Berkeley, and mentored founders through Alchemist Accelerator.
Her work with startups across the US, Israel, and Europe inspired her to create a community that connects founders across borders.

Why I’m building Vuni Founders
I’ve spent years working with startup founders in the US, Israel, and Europe.
One thing I’ve noticed, especially in Europe, is how often startup communities operate within their own countries and networks.
There’s so much talent, experience, and knowledge, but not enough exchange between them.
I think we’re missing opportunities to learn from one another.
That’s why I’m building Vuni Founders.
I want to bring tech founder CEOs from different countries, backgrounds, and industries into the same conversations.
Different experiences lead to different perspectives. And sometimes the best insight comes from someone who approaches a problem completely differently than you do.
I believe the world needs more collaboration, not less.
