What Vuni is

Vuni is a positioning and marketing engine operated by Hunter & Bard, Inc. It analyses the information you give it (your answers, your website, your competitors’ public pages) and produces positioning, messaging, and content. The analysis uses large language models. It is advice, not a guarantee: you decide what to publish, and outcomes depend on your business, not only on your messaging.

Your account

You need an account to run anything. Keep your sign-in to yourself; work run from your account is yours and is billed to it. You must have the right to submit whatever you ask Vuni to analyse.

Paying

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Each audit report is a separate purchase. If a paid audit fails to produce a report, you are not charged for it. The failure costs us, not you. For anything else billing-related, or to ask for a refund, email shira@hunterandbard.com and a human answers.

Fair use

Usage caps exist so one account cannot exhaust the platform. Do not resell access, probe or scrape the service, submit content you have no right to, or use the output to misrepresent a third party. We can suspend accounts that do; anything you already paid for and received stays yours.

Your content and ours

What you type in stays yours, and the output generated for you is yours to use commercially. The engine, prompts, frameworks, and brand are ours.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
